This is what your new colleagues are saying:

| Softwaretester
.......
“What I particularly like about our marketing team is the respectful and appreciative interaction with each other. Everyone is focused on giving helpful and positive feedback.”
| Dario Raguz
| Online Marketing Manager
| What do you do in your position at ScriptRunner?
I manage and optimize our website, which is hosted on HubSpot's Content Management System. This includes creating and launching new webpages, ensuring they align with our branding and audience needs, as well as analyzing and improving SEO performance to increase organic traffic. Additionally, I collaborate with other teams using HubSpot, such as Sales and Customer Success, to ensure seamless workflows and maximize the platform's capabilities. Strategic projects, like improving our digital customer journey or launching new campaigns, also play a big part in my role.
| What should your new colleague bring to the team?
They should have a solid understanding of the IT market and the ability to translate complex topics into meaningful marketing strategies. Being comfortable with utilizing AI tools for content creation, such as generating ideas, optimizing content for SEO, or automating repetitive tasks, is a huge plus. A proactive mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential since our projects can vary in scope and complexity. Most importantly, they should be a team player who communicates openly, is willing to learn, and can contribute fresh ideas to our collaborative, motivated team.
| What are the challenges in your area?
One of the biggest challenges is targeting our specific audience—IT managers, DevOps engineers, and decision-makers—with tailored messaging. Since our product is highly flexible and can solve various problems, it requires a deep understanding of when and how to present the right value propositions. Optimizing ads, webpages, and campaigns to deliver high conversion rates is a continuous effort. It involves testing, analyzing, and adjusting strategies to keep up with trends and audience expectations. Despite these challenges, it’s a rewarding role that keeps me engaged and excited about the impact we make.
