Conditions of participation
Who is the organizer of the raffle?
The organizer of the raffle is ScriptRunner Software GmbH, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 2, 76275 Ettlingen.
Participation in the raffle is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating in the raffle, the participant expressly acknowledges these conditions of participation.
Who can participate?
All Twitter users who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Minors are eligible to participate, subject to relevant statutory provisions, if their legal representative agrees to their participation.
In which time frame does the competition take place?
The raffle starts on 10.10.2019 and will be repeated monthly. The raffle will be held on the last day of each month.
The timestamp of the respective tweet is used to check that the entry is submitted on time.
The organizer reserves the right to terminate the raffle without prior notice and without giving reasons.
What needs to be done to participate?
To enter the raffle, a photo of a ScriptRunner sticker or ScriptRunner poster must be shared on Twitter, along with the hash tag #KeepOnScripting and/or a mention of @Script_Runner.
What's the prize?
One Amazon Gift card will be raffled every month. The exact value of the gift card depends on the winner's local currency. The reference value is US$ 50
How are the winners selected and notified?
Among all participants of the respective month, 2 winners will be drawn by lot.
Multiple posts from the same user are counted as one entry. Please do not post the same picture more than once. Publishing double or almost double updates or links is a violation of the Twitter rules and endangers the search quality.
We also advise against creating multiple accounts to enter the raffle more than once, as Twitter users runt the risk of having all their accounts blocked. Anyone who uses multiple accounts to enter will be disqualified.
The winners will be informed by ScriptRunner within one week after the closing date in writing by personal message on Twitter.
Data security
As far as personal data of participants are collected in the context of the raffle, these will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of conducting the raffle. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
At the end of the raffle, the winners will be asked for further personal data, such as their address, as part of the prize notification.
The collection and processing of personal data is used exclusively to run the raffle and, if necessary, to send the prizes. All data will only be stored for the purpose and for the duration of the raffle and will be deleted after the end of the campaign, unless there are any legal obligations to store them.
The participant may at any time obtain information about his data stored by the organizer, object to the use of his data and demand their deletion. A simple letter to ScriptRunner Software GmbH, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 2, 76275 Ettlingen or an e-mail to privacy@scriptrunner.com is sufficient.
After revocation of the consent the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.

Liability
The organizer shall not be liable for damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of the technical equipment and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way during participation in the raffle, unless such damages were caused by the organizer (its organs, employees or vicarious agents) intentionally or through gross negligence.
The foregoing limitation of liability does not apply in the case of injury to life, limb or health or in the case of fraudulently concealed defects.
Applicable law
The raffle is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded.
Severability clause
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the legally permissible provision which comes as close as possible to the economic meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same shall apply mutatis mutandis in the event of a loophole in these Conditions of Participation.
